DynaPanel Stone: Vented System – Prefabricated

The factory produced DynaPanel façade elements are manufac¬tured to fit your design requirements with bespoke sizes and shapes. The system can be installed quickly and easily, no wet trades required on site. Combines adjustable sub construction for levelling uneven substrates. This also provides insulation and a vented area to enable the building to breathe.

DynaPanel Stone: Vented System – Prefabricated

The factory produced DynaPanel Glass is a versatile, light weight glass faced façade panel. A cost effective solution combining 6mm enamelled toughened coloured glass facing onto a non-combustible carrier board resulting in a 25mm thick frameless panel system. The factory fabricated panels are secured with simple carrier rails to a vertical T support profile and L wall brackets.

DynaPanel Systems & Testing

The DynaPanel® systems and ancillary components have been extensively tested by leading global testing laboratories

Testing has been conducted in accordance with European guidelines with an increasing number of American tests underway.  Summaries of test results are presented below; copies of the test reports are available upon request.

Euopean Technical Approval Guidelines (ETAGs) were established by EOTA under the Construction Products Directive – 89/106/EEC – (CPD) upon mandates of the European Commission. Member States were invited to publish these Guidelines in their official language(s) The EOTA reference document is the English version.

  1. EN13501-1:2007+ A1:2009 – Classification of Reaction to Fire Performance – Exova Warringtonfire, Warrington, UK
    System classification including DynaPanel Glass composite & subframe support system. Reaction to fire classification: A1 Non Combustable
  2. BS EN 13823: 2010+A1:2014 – SBI reaction to fire; attack by Single Burning Item – Exova Warringtonfire, Warrington, UK
    Heat, smoke and toxicity measured; 3 pairs of panels within chamber exposed to attack by flame source. Compliant for A1 classification.
  3. EN ISO 1716 – Calorific value of components – Exova Warringtonfire, Warrington, UK
    System components: determination of the gross heat of combustion of products at constant volume in a bomb calorimeter. Compliant for A1 classification

    11 hours over 5 series of pressure cycles @ +/- 2400 pascals
    BRE Digest 346, November 1989 – Part 7: Wind speeds for serviceability and fatigue assessments. Peak pressure requirement of 2400Pa which covers a maximum design wind load in the UK, the test relates to a 50 year life cycle as explained in BRE Digest 346.
  1. CWCT TN75 / BS8200  Soft Body Impact Test – Vinci Technology Centre, Leighton Buzzard, UK
    comprising a suspended canvas spherical bag, 400mm diameter of 50 kg, swung against sample material at varying heights.  
    Class 1: Negligible risk safety
    Multiple impact onto various locations; Centre, Edge and Corners Impact energy 120Nm serviceability & 500Nm for safety.
  2. CWCT TN75 / BS8200 Hard Body Impact Test  – Vinci Technology Centre, Leighton Buzzard, UK
    comprising a suspended solid steel bag, 62.5mm diameter of 1 kg, swung against sample material at varying heights.
    Class 4: Negligible risk safety
    Multiple impact onto various locations; Centre, Edge and Corners Impact energy 10Nm serviceability & 10Nm for safety.

    Mechanical load performance of single fixing within panel element
    300 x 300mm, 400 x 500mm, 700 x 700mm
    Test of 5 panels for each loading position. Result is average value over test panels.
    Corner: Mean load 2122 N, Edge: Mean load 2042 N, Centre: Mean load 1744 N
  2. ETAG 034: Pull Through under Shear Load – Vinci Technology Centre, Leighton Buzzard, UK
    Mechanical load performance of single fixing within panel element
    300 x 300mm, 400 x 500mm, 700 x 700mm
    Test of 5 panels for each loading position. Result is average value over test panels.
    Corner: Mean load 2549 N, Edge: Mean load 2345 N, Centre: Mean load 2270 N
  1. Blast Test: EXV25 GL Spadeadam (RAF), Cumbria, UK
    100 kg of TNT at 25m to ISO 16933:2007, Equivalent to a vehicle bomb – this is blast size and distance to achieve the desired Peak and Impulse Pressures
